Extended Warranty Service Information
A 12-month manufacturers warranty is included
with the purchase of a new KODAK Wide Format Printer,
Models 1000i and 1200i.
The customer may purchase an additional 1 or 2 year(s)
of warranty at the time of sale or any time within the
12-month manufacturers warranty period, which is effective
at the time of installation. If the customer allows
their extended warranty to lapse at anytime, Kodak will
not reinstate the warranty. Kodak Time and Material
service will be available.
There is a 3rd year warranty extension option available
for the KODAK 1200i or 1000i Wide Format Printer provided
that the printer is in its 2nd year of warranty extension.
The 3rd year extension cannot exceed 12/31/09 and may
not be renewed. Kodak Time and Material service will
be available when the extended warranty expires.
If the customer purchases a used Wide Format Printer,
a warranty extension cannot be purchased unless the
customer can provide proof that the printer is still
within the initial 12-month manufacturer's warranty
period. Time and Material service is available.

Wide Format Printer, please call Kodak's Extended Warranty
Registration at (800) 225-6325 ext. 62. Please have
your printer serial number and proof of purchase available
when you call.

The Extended Warranty is a fix and repair
coverage plan identical to the original equipment warranty
documented in the printer’s operation manual and
covers all phone support, labor, travel time and required
parts, (excludes software, RIPs, take-up & feed
spindles, Nova-Primes, Easy-Primes and printer covers).
